  Rolling Ball Catch,用腿夹住从颈后部滚动下来的球,可用于花式动作之间的连接;在学习这个动作之前,最好先有Neck Stall(颈部背侧停球)的基础,这样练习起来会更方便。  
  它的基本动作要领及训练方法如下:
  1. For this trick you will need to know how to do “ Neck Stall ”. Throw the ball on your neck and hold still
  2. When the ball is rolling down, bring your strong leg up and try it to catch it, you need to trap the ball with your heel and press it against your butt
  3. You need to make a “V” shape with your leg to catch the rolling ball. ( The key to this trick is perfect timing when to bring your strong foot to catch the ball.)  下面的视频演示了它的基本动作要领:
