  Push Ups,这个技巧基本上只有表演作用,无法应用于实际比赛之中,如果你在比赛中这么做一下,不知道你的同伴或者对手会怎么想!
  当然,它肯定不是简单的俯卧撑,而是在颈后或者其它部位有球的情况下做的。
  它的基本动作要领及训练方法如下:
  1. Make sure you know how to do “Neck Stall” trick, then throw the ball on your neck and hold still.
  2. Slowly go down to “push up” position and start doing push ups, if you move your shoulders a lot the ball will FALL.
  3. After your done with “push ups” slowly stand up, have your chin up and don’t try to move your shoulders a lot.
