  Chest Stall,利用胸部停球/吸球,这个动作在足球比赛中有着非常广泛的应用,不过实际比赛中一般不必要将球完全停住,而只是利用胸部停接球。
  它的基本动作要领如下:
  1. Throw the ball up to chest (or shoulder) height. Try keeping the ball close to your body.
  2. As the ball falls down, bend your back until the ball reaches your chest. The more bend in your back, the better.
